  I believe this is hands-down the worst patient service I've ever received of any doctor I've gone to. My appointment was at 3:30 and at 4:40 I finally got up after waiting over an hour and asked the receptionist why I've been waiting so long and why no one has approached me and offered me any excuse to this ridiculous amount of waiting time. she couldn't give me an answer and the manager came up to me a few minutes later and didn't know my name or even which doctor I was seeing and told me she would come back and let me know how much longer it would be. 15 minutes later she never came back I finally went to the front I asked for my files that I had just completed for them and told them I was leaving and this was the worst Service I've ever received anywhere. No one offered an apology or an explanation whatsoever. they didn't even try to convince me to stay or make me feel that I would be attended to momentarily or even try to give me any sort of an explanation. There were five of them behind the counter and you would think that one of them would step up and try to be helpful this is the worst staff of incompetent employees I've ever encountered. I would never recommend this office for anything. This entire office staff should be fired from their position if she plans on keeping a thriving business. So disappointed especially since I drove 25 minutes to see her

  Dr. Lepoudre is wonderful and takes the time to listen. She also is not the type to push medication on patients rather than find the root cause. Overall, great doctor and great staff.
