- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My physician was fine, no complaint. The service in this facility however is horrible. All i needed was my physical form verified and signed and they told me that they can't scan to email the form back. They suggested that I get the physical copy or have it faxed to me. Those are the only options, they can't scan and email. This tells me that this place is outdated and because of my frustration I'm leaving this place.May 21, 2017by Christina Hww
