  Bradley Rowen was my sleep doctor for 4+ years. My problem with his practice happened when my cpap malfunctioned days before I was to leave on a 3 week trip to visit grandchildren. I contacted his office which said they would fax a prescription for a work order to Mitchell Medical for repair or replace. After a day I called Mitchell to find out they never received the fax. Day 2 I called Rowens office and they said they did fax the prescription. (Keeping in mind I was without sleep for almost 3 days and ready to leave town, I needed my cpap.) The bottom line was that Rowans office admitted to me on day 3 when I called to find out why the prescription for repair wasn't sent I was told that "someone" forgot to check the paper tray in the fax and it was never sent". I was extremely upset and sleep deprived. Bottom line is when I returned from my trip I received a registered letter from Bradley Rowan telling me that I was no longer welcome as a patient as I was too much trouble and to go else where. I'd think a real doctor would have cared enough to listed to his patient. I'm sure that the office workers covered their butts with a story that was not accurate or left out some parts. I've been in management for 40 years and supervised staffs of over 50 workers. I would suggest to any potential patient to look around before using his practice. The whole thing could have been avoided if he hired competent staff and took the time to call me. David Blossom

  Very bad. If there were negative stars I would give them a negative rating. I was not told that I will not be treated by Dr Rowens, waited four months for a sleep study with a very rude technician who blamed me for my problems. Everything is handled by the PA. Dr Rowens came for less than five minutes during the first appointment, which I waited almost three months for, did not talk with me about my symptoms or problems and left. When I asked the PA about access to Dr Rowens she did not tell me that I will never be seen by him and that I will practically be her patient. I would have never waited four months for a sleep study to be treated by a PA. I feel very deceived.

  I've been a patient for Dr. Rowens for two years and he is a phenomenal physician. He is very detail oriented and after my initial sleep study, he personally phoned me with my results and immediately ordered a CPAP machine. I was literally suffering during my sleep. I feel much much better every day. He's personally involved in my care and follow ups. Most importantly, he treated me with the utmost respect.
