- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctor was the signer on my discharge papers after a completely botched delivery by Dr. DiMaggio. I had a very high risk pregnancy. Three miscarriages, bed rest for the entire pregnancy, preeclampsia, horribly botched delivery by Dr. DiMaggio, two epidurals, emergency blood patch, D & C (after Dr. DiMaggio tried to manually remove my placenta). I repeatedly told this doctor that I did not feel like myself. At the time, I was a 37 year old professional woman with 2 masters degrees. This doctor told me I had the "baby blues." I was later admitted to the psych ward at providence Southfield through emergency. If it was not for my sheer determination to take care of my newborn baby, Dr. Ronna Ahmad and my supportive family, I would have never recovered. In retrospect, I should have taken legal action against Dr. DiMaggio, Dr. Crooks and Providence hospital.March 01, 2017by Mary Czech-Aldrin
