- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The care from the dr has been great. the staff that handles coding leaves much to be desired. they coded a test wrong for me, now they won't recode, so I am stuck with a bill for 377 dollars that insurance would of paid.. In regards to the bone density test, based on the way the test was billed, it is not payable by insurance. We spoke with your doctor’s office, Dr. McDevitt to determine if the test could be sent with a code that is payable. The doctor’s office indicated they are unable to bill for the procedure in any other way and therefore this test will remain unpayable by insurance. This is not what Botsford Hospital told me when I talked to them.December 08, 2016by Tony Seloske
